LAND ACQUISITION

With over 25 years of experience, Gary and Patti are able to assist you in acquiring land, and can represent you with the purchase of property to ensure that the land is suitable for the desired project. From walking build sites to staking out the footprint of your home, our team is able to help you from the very beginning of the process. STRUCTURAL PLANS

*specific to new construction and additions

We partner with our architect to ensure your vision is translated into a plan that fits your family’s needs. We also ensure during this process that your plan fits within your desired budget. When this process is complete, you will own your own set of fully customized plans ready to be submitted for building permits. From your initial sketched ideas, to final drawings complete with engineering, we plan your dream home together as a team.

BUDGET + BID

During this process, we help you prioritize your goals to ensure they fit within your desired budget. Our bid process is unique in the industry in that we take the time upfront to make sure your family has the most complete and transparent estimate as possible. Our team attends every selection meeting with you during this stage, picking out the specific finishes and fixtures that will go in your home. This allows us to present you with your actual bid specific to your home and selections. We never give a ball park number, we give an accurate estimate so that you and your family can know going into your project what your actual costs will be.

BUILD

Our team is on site daily supervising the build and ensuring that each client’s vision is executed. Gary has almost 30 years of construction experience and his homes are expertly built with a true craftsmanship trademark.

DESIGN

We are a builder and designer team and offer design consultation to every client. Our team attends all of your selection meetings, providing design input to ensure your home is functional and impeccably designed. Many clients choose us because they are drawn to a certain aesthetic we create, while others have their own tastes and just need help with the execution. Whether you have a clear vision or not our team works together to make your dream home a reality.
